Shipping

Each order is carefully processed and packaged by hand in our Repentigny workshop. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Order processing times are 1 to 7 business days following purchase.

Express Shipping: free for orders of $75 and over. For orders of $74.99 and under, it is offered at a flat rate of $7.95 + tax. For Quebec and Ontario. The package will then have a tracking number. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. We use UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post depending on your location. The fastest option will be selected.

Express shipping with tracking is free for orders of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts in Quebec and Ontario.

IT IS IMPORTANT to carefully check your shipping address to ensure it is correct and complete. Any omissions/errors (e.g., apartment, address, street, postal code) in this information may result in delays and additional charges.

**Please note that an order lost due to missing information is not refundable.**

Delivery to the following provinces: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island. Shipping costs are $15 + tax and includes a tracking number.

Delivery to the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon. Shipping costs are $20 + tax and include a tracking number.

Order Cancellation: An order can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. You must email us your order number to request a cancellation. Otherwise, you can return the item.

Order Not Received: If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us via the email address below. We ask that you contact us within 3 months of placing your order.
